ZwickRoell is a general leader in material testing solutions. Our sales organization combines strong technical know-how with close customer interaction. To strengthen our internal sales team, we are looking for a proactive and structured Internal Sales professional to support the commercial activity related to accessories, upgrades, and technical solutions for material testing machines.
\n
Your responsibilities
\n
After initial training in Germany, you will:
\n
- Provide commercial and technical support to national customers, mainly via phone and email.
- Advise customers on accessories, upgrades, and solutions from our product and service portfolio.
- Analyse customer requests, assess technical and commercial requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Qualify incoming enquiries and close sales projects in coordination with the field sales team.
- Configure, prepare, and follow up commercial quotations.
- Manage orders, delivery times, and coordinate with production and logistics.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Identify additional needs and upselling opportunities within existing and potential customers.
- Handle commercial and after-sales issues efficiently.
- Work closely with technical and sales departments to deliver customer-specific solutions.

What we’re looking for
\n
- Technical and/or commercial vocational training, with a clear interest in technical sales.
- Previous experience in internal sales or technical sales roles is an advantage.
- Interest in industrial environments and material testing equipment.
- Good command of office tools (Excel) and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills, customer orientation, and clear communication style.
- Languages:
- Spanish: mandatory
- English: high level (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel to our headquarters in Germany for ongoing training.
- Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain (on-site)
- Contract: Permanent
