Heike, Sergi, and Torsten are overwhelmed by recent successes and are looking for two more people to become the next customer service champions.
We are a small B2B company that develops top-tier Fleet Management software for organizations maintaining a fleet of 100 or more vehicles. Our team is entirely IT-focused. Heike manages daily operations from Germany, while Sergi and Torsten handle development in Barcelona.
Are you personable, tech-savvy, and organized? We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for our B2B clients.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Customer Support : Assist clients with navigating our IT system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they feel supported.
* Invoicing : Handle invoicing accurately to ensure smooth operations.
* Proposal Writing : Create clear, compelling proposals for prospective clients.
* Client Relations : Maintain communication with customers and prospects, build strong relationships, and demonstrate our value.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience with IT systems and customer support tools or a quick learner eager to acquire such skills.
* Excellent writing skills for proposals and professional emails.
Language proficiency in German is essential, as all our customers are based in Germany.
