We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, professional and experienced **Stewarding **to join the Kitchen team at the Sir Victor Hotel in Barcelona.
Your **responsibility **will be to ensure the correct, organisation, cleaning and disinfection of the areas destined for kitchen and food service.
**Duties**:
- Collect utensils and perform cleaning tasks of all parts of the kitchen, ensuring the correct disinfection of all its elements and
utensils.
- Scrubbing specific items by hand, storing equipment properly, loading and unloading the warewashing train, handling machinery correctly and keeping it clean, as well as keeping machinery clean.
- Organise work stations before food preparation begins.
- Ensure that there are always enough clean plates, glasses and utensils.
- Maintain stocks of cleaning products and coordinate ordering when necessary.
- Check the operation of dishwashers and report any technical/performance problems promptly to the kitchen manager.
- Carrying out the established waste collection and proper cleaning of waste bins on a regular basis.Maintaining health and safety standards throughout working time.

- Salary of 1737€ gross
- Temporary Contract (for substitution of medical leave).
