Key Job Responsibilities
- Build and execute retention programs to reduce customer churn. Track performance and manage output efficiently
- Build and Execute GTM for key customer cohorts
- Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking presente progress toward forecasts.
- Present and lead conversations about business issues, solutions and strategy to senior leaders
- Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers
- Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
- Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
- Experience in marketing across B2B, or E‑comm, or retail or tech sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in a marketing focused role including customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation reporting, customer funnel analysis, and top‑line sales performance
