Your mission As a Customer Success Specialist for the Euskadi region, you will help schools get lasting value from our platform and build strong, trusted partnerships over time. You will guide customers from onboarding through everyday adoption, renewal, and growth, making sure they feel supported at every stage. In this role, you will take ownership of a strategic customer portfolio and contribute directly to retention, satisfaction, and expansion in one of our key markets. What you’ll do Own and develop a portfolio of schools in the Euskadi region, acting as their main point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships Lead onboarding and implementation processes, helping customers adopt the platform successfully and get the most out of its capabilities Drive customer engagement through regular check-ins, follow-ups, and business reviews, with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and product usage Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, including additional licenses, modules, and broader product adoption Support customers with questions and challenges, while working closely with internal teams to ensure effective solutions and a consistent customer experience Manage multiple priorities across your portfolio while contributing to renewals, retention, and recurring revenue growth What you’ll bring 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS, software, or technology environment Proven experience managing customer relationships across onboarding, retention, and account development Strong communication skills in Basque and Spanish, plus the ability to collaborate in an international work environment with English as the internal working language A structured, proactive, and customer-focused way of working, with strong ownership, empathy, and problem-solving skills The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively while collaborating well with cross-functional teams Experience in EdTech, with educational institutions, or with complex software environments such as ERP, school management, CRM, or Customer Success platforms is a strong advantage Where you’ll be This role is remote-based in the Basque Country, Spain. As close collaboration with schools in the region is an important part of the role, regular on-site visits are expected.
