We are looking for a Marketing Manager
with experience in digital acquisition strategies, B2B growth campaigns, and brand development. This person will lead inbound marketing initiatives, paid media, lead generation, conversion optimization, client management, strategy, and oversight of external projects for our clients.
About the role
* Project Length: Full-time / Permanent contract
* Work model: Hybrid (3 days remote/week, 2 in-office)
* Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)
Main responsibilities
1. Internal Marketing (Company and Positioning): Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, optimize SEO, Paid Media, inbound campaigns, and improve conversion funnels. Manage content, automation, CRM, and brand strategies. Oversee digital presence and corporate communication campaigns.
2. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and OKRs, manage budgets, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
3. Marketing as a Service for Clients (Consulting & Strategy): Drive business growth through marketing strategies, design new services, manage client relationships, and ensure quality standards.
4. Leadership & Collaboration: Build and mentor teams, collaborate across departments, and promote alignment with strategic objectives.
Background & Skills
* Minimum 7 years in digital marketing, inbound marketing, and B2B growth strategies
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, automation, and CRM tools
* Strong analytical skills with campaign measurement experience
* Leadership experience, interpersonal skills, and results orientation
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Experience in international environments and budget management
