The Talent Acquisition team at Verisure is part of Group Talent, HR, and works as a trusted Talent Partner to international stakeholders. We are a team of experts specializing in attracting top talent across IT, R&D, Cybersecurity, Central QA, and PMO. With locations in Madrid, Malmö (Sweden), and Geneva (Switzerland), we focus on delivering high-quality international recruitment for Group Functions and Technology.
In this role, you will manage complex recruitment processes while working with stakeholders across different countries. You will need to be adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage diverse, senior-level conversations with ease.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
- Collaborate on international, cross-functional HR projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Leverage technology and data-driven approaches to identify and attract top IT talent in a competitive market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate skills and align with market demands.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a complex and international organization.
- Experience recruiting for IT or Cybersecurity roles is highly valued.
- Proficient English level (C1–C2).
- Strong adaptability and the ability to manage complex stakeholders and conversations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Skills Considered a Plus
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday or Phenom.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with data, including analysis and reporting.
- Experience in recruitment for Cybersecurity, R&D, or other technology fields.
