This position is responsible for supporting business units in acquiring and integrating new operational units, as well as designing future optimized production and distribution footprints, including tint and blend facilities. The role includes supporting the design and execution of the end-to-end acquisition and integration process: from due diligence to day-one readiness, and implementing the future state footprint based on acquisition rationale and expected operational synergies.

Projects will focus on improving customer experience and business profitability. The role involves setting project deliverables and targets, and building a solid data-driven proforma.

Provide clear recommendations to the business during the due diligence phase, including preparing integration scenarios and proformas based on acquisition rationale and business priorities. Identify operational synergies and design transition plans for the future state.

For existing operational entities, develop rationalization or growth scenarios, define project scopes, and conduct financial analyses to reduce complexity, optimize footprints, and support high-impact business practice changes aligned with achieving a 25% ROS.

Present project business cases to ELT and executives to build consensus on strategy, ensure project team formation, and maintain momentum in execution.

Benchmark internal and external best practices to ensure the EMEAI region remains best-in-class in meeting customer requirements for quality, service, and cost efficiency.

Develop and submit plans for complexity reduction and supply chain footprint optimization that ensure safety, meet EHS objectives, advance PSM and regulatory compliance, and promote sustainability.

Ensure product quality meets specifications, improve Cost of Poor Quality, and support project execution to adhere to original designs. Act as facilitators in removing roadblocks, guiding project teams, and sharing best practices.

Learn from previous project lessons to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent, and a Master of Business Administration.

Successful candidates will have leadership experience as a plant manager, supply chain manager, or Area Director of Operations in the EMEAI Region, with broad operational knowledge including supply chain, manufacturing, order management, engineering, and procurement.

Ability to design business cases and assess financial investments, with strong business acumen. Proven success in delivering large-scale change projects and strategic initiatives.

Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience supporting complex multi-functional projects, including integrations, acquisitions, or site rationalizations.

Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and influence across organizational levels, with or without direct authority.

English is mandatory
