This role supports the implementation & deployment for continuous improvements of the General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Banking, Accounts Receivable, Project Systems, and Controlling capabilities of the PepsiCo Global template (built through SAP S4HANA concepts). It focuses on controlling & product costing / material ledger. The objectives are to ensure the Global Template supports business processes related to Finance and to deliver continuous improvements to existing SAP solutions. The role will adhere to delivery principles for the Europe DevSecOps organization.
Your day-to-day with us :
1. Coordinate delivery in the FICO area for continuous improvements to live markets in S4HANA within the Record-to-Report (RTR) Delivery team.
2. Support team members in defining solutions, planning delivery dates, executing changes, testing, and deploying in production following PepsiCo processes.
3. Follow up, meet deadlines, and report status to key stakeholders.
4. Deliver new solutions for business requirements as part of the continuous improvement program, including gathering requirements, solution design, documentation, configuration, writing functional specs, testing, and support during UAT.
5. Support decision-making for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Controlling localization during deployment.
6. Partner with Global Leads to implement and deploy solutions end-to-end.
7. Collaborate with Process Leads and SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template.
8. Engage and educate business process owners on optimization, simplification, and standardization.
9. Work with onshore and offshore teams to maintain a prioritized product backlog.
10. Ensure deployment of global lift and shift opportunities across sectors.
11. Adopt development practices focusing on quality, value, efficiency, and waste reduction.
12. Promote communication, teamwork, and innovation.
13. Implement Agile best practices such as continuous integration, automation, and peer review.
What will you need to succeed?
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
* 12+ years of SAP ERP configuration, deployment, and management experience, focusing on Controlling, Product Costing / Material Ledger, General Ledger, Taxes, Banking, Profitability Analysis, Accounts Receivable, and integration with order-to-cash and make-to-deploy streams.
* 2+ years of SAP S4 Finance experience preferred.
* Strong financial and management accounting experience with SAP controlling modules in a global context.
* Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
* Ability to solve complex problems within the team.
* Influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Adaptability to changing timelines and priorities.
* Flexibility to travel up to 10%.
