We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Trading and Operations department in our Business Unit based in Bilbao, Spain.
The position will be to ensure the smooth, accurate execution of all operational processes that support trading activities and contributes to efficient trade execution, improved performance, and the overall reliability of the trading operation.
Update internal databases and worksheets related to the trading activities
Assist with outturn report, preliminary/final settlements and commercial analysis (where applicable)
Liaise with Technical Services Team to exchange information related to quality claims.
You will report directly to our Commercial Operations Manager.
University degree in Business Administration or similar
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 o 5 years of professional experience,ination of roles in experience in comercial/administrative roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and to have knowledge of an ERP (Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
Language: Proficiency in Spanish and very high level of English, both spoken and written.
