LHH Europe Head of Sales (Europe Remote - location TBD)
The Head of Sales Europe drives growth across verticals for UK&I and European countries with large and global accounts through the Global Account Directors team.
This role will work with vertical country leads to drive growth in different account segments (e.g., Global Enterprise, Large National Enterprise, SME). They are responsible for lead generation strategy, working with in-country marketing teams to activate the strategy and to adapt marketing for each country (e.g., website). They will provide input to vertical product teams to develop products that meet market requirements, based on customer feedback.
The primary metrics for this role will be topline performance in selected large & strategic accounts; new customer acquisition; key account penetration, renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and percentage of cross-sell.

In this role you can expect to:
Key Accountabilities
* Monitor core partnerships, oversee client relationships focusing on C-level engagement, account strategy, and growth planning.
* Foster daily engagement with clients across geographies and business units to deliver growth plans and share best practices.
* Analyze pipeline performance across countries and implement improvements using best practices.
* Collaborate with other LHH stakeholders to make pricing decisions within the global framework.
* Partner with Global Account Directors on mutualized account management for large and strategic clients with Country Vertical Sales.
* Work closely with LHH Country Presidents in UK&I, Germany, Switzerland to foster global sales strategy.
* Lead cross-selling initiatives at the Europe level, including referral programs, tracking tools, and seller engagement campaigns.
* Lead the Monthly Operations CTM LD meetings with GADs in UK and DACH, including P&L discussions and KPIs for top customers.
* Participate in regional monthly collaboration meetings to discuss business performance and client insights, engaging with contacts at Adecco, Akkodis, and LHH at the country level.
* Grow and lead the GADs in Europe, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
* Maintain stakeholder management, engagement, and trusted relationships across LHH to ensure success.
Market & Solution Expertise
* Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
* Strong knowledge of LHH / TAG's solution portfolio and value proposition.
* Ongoing competitive analysis to refine positioning.
* Strategic planning across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
* Lead new business development and strengthen existing client relationships.
* Develop tailored account and opportunity strategies aligned with customer priorities.
Sales Excellence & Operational Discipline
* Full use of CRM tools (e.g., SFDC), pipeline management, and proactive sales campaigns.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure compliance throughout the sales cycle.
* Leverage stakeholder mapping and the TAG ecosystem to support delivery.
Business Performance & Results Orientation
* Use data insights to exceed sales targets.
* Understand financials, pricing, and tools to maximize outcomes.
* Skilled in value-based negotiations and contract closing, focusing on growth and profitability.
Client Relationship & Influence
* Build and nurture long-term, trust-based client relationships.
* Act as a strategic advisor engaging C-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Identify success stories to strengthen partnerships.
Leadership, Communication & Culture

All About You
* 15+ years of experience in sales leadership within enterprise sales, key account management, or commercial strategy.
* Proven success leading global sales organizations and driving revenue in complex B2B environments.
* Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
* Expertise in consultative sales, strategic account planning, and negotiations.
* Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across regions.
* Experience with sales transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics.
**Education:**
* Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA or similar preferred.
