Qualifications / Competencies Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar position
Strong people management and leadership skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make difficult decisions when needed
Good financial and operational understanding within field service business; persuasive written and verbal communication skills in local language(s) adequate to the occasion
Good English skills are an asset
Quality orientation according to behavior, company and products
Good understanding and affinity for using ERP/CRM systems
