Experteer Overview In this role you enable asset connectivity to our digital platform, assess asset types, and define effective connectivity methods. You will develop thorough technical documentation, drive standardization across terminals, and support AD product deployments. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, OEMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and data-driven operations. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position at the forefront of asset digitization and automation in ports.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Select the most effective connectivity approach per asset• Create and maintain installation standards and technical documentation• Support standardization of solutions across terminals• Develop roadmaps, document procedures, and provide technical support• Test and implement AD products with SMEs, aligning with strategic principles• Define and manage asset-to-Ignition data flow and signals• Install/retrofit hardware to enable new signals per templates• Coordinate signal mapping with OEMs and supervise deployment• Participate in FAT/SAT and ensure compliant documentation• Train terminal staff and provide post-Go-Live support• Lead change management and promote product adoption across teams• Ensure IT/OT standards compliance and support audits• Contribute to hardware architecture design for AD products• Drive product performance and roadmap delivery with the AD team• Develop QA/test cases across OT, PD&M;, and Terminal environments• Produce deployment materials and requirements with Leads• Support regulatory compliance and documentation review• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and stakeholders for deployments and approvalsResponsabilidades• Minimum 5 years in technology and/or operations within automation and/or transport/logistics• Hands-on experience in real-time/industrial environments• Strong knowledge of port equipment, automated systems and controls• PLC programming/troubleshooting at intermediate to expert level (Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Fuji, Omron, GE Fanuc or similar)• Industrial network protocols, IoT integration, edge computing, field devices• Network/server/firewall/infrastructure management, virtualization, databases, backup• Cybersecurity practices in industrial/IoT environments• Collaborative mindset, problem-solving, adaptability to new tech• Experience with SCADA systems, especially Ignition• Programming in C/C++, Python, Linux; familiarity with cloud IoT or big data is a plus• Ignition certification desired/expected within six months• Lean mindset, continuous improvement, strong documentation• Multicultural and international team experience• Engineering degree; Ignition certification preferred• Strong communication in English• Ability to train end users and align stakeholdersRequisitos principales•
