You bring
Experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of leading platform products featuring shared UI components and data models
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup or scale-up environments, navigating ambiguity and driving clear outcomes.
Solid understanding onboarding enterprise customers with large data sets
Able to take full ownership of a topic, driving it independently end-to-end, with minimal oversight, and proactively involving partners and stakeholders as needed.
Experience building a platform product to support multiple products, various users and configuration options
Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
Great judgment to make strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions
Data-driven product manager with experience setting and tracking goals to achieve results (experience with Mixpanel and/or Sigma advantageous)
Familiarity with HR technology or related industries is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People Foundations product development team
Drive product development from problem discovery to post-launch iterations, ensuring high product quality and exceptional customer experiences
Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful product releases that deliver results at speed and scale
Clear communication of product priorities, milestones and outcomes
Partner with leadership to align product goals with broader company objectives, driving tangible improvements to business metrics
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for innovation
Own key product KPIs and deliver results that positively impact company performance

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, skills, work experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change. The annual salary range for this full-time position is $54,900—$154,400 USD.
