**MARKETING MANAGER****The Role**Develop and implement digital strategy for BNP Paribas Real Estate Spain. Define and implement digital strategy and plan building Brand digital ecosystem (web, social media, and portals). Responsible for Brand Image On and Off line.**Key Deliverables**- Own the digital customer acquisition strategy and a growing customer base via Paid Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Display- In charge of Digital Marketing campaigns and traffic management strategy- Manage Paid Social campaigns - SEA (in-house or with the help of external agencies)- Defining advertising and creativity plan- Manage Search and Display agencies to ensure campaigns are on track- Improve digital actions’ ROI and reflect latest trends and ongoing optimization- Implement Inbound and lead nurturing campaigns- Develop digital partnerships to drive brand awareness and conversion- Positioning brand and actives in the On Line cannel obtaining lead generation and following customer On line journey into de company- Content Strategy and bring it to life- Design and execution of SEO, SEM and CRM- Follow up of Brand KPI’s defined to meet business objectives and ROI- Data owner understanding reach and influence into de company- Responsible to choose and maintain relationship with agencies in any environment of its responsibility- Data base owner and ready to plan and implement actions towards data base- Outline and follow up of Budget- Environment of responsibility: digital, advertising (image)**Qualifications**:- Spanish and English proficiency. French is a plus.- Proficiency in web analytics tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Adobe Analytics- Ability to use Marketing Automation tools (knowledge of ELOQUA, MARKETO or similar)- Participation in web development and basic knowledge of web content management- Creation, management and updating of content in CMS or WordPress- SEO: SEMrush, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Majestic SEO...- Creation and management of content on social networks, using internal tools.
