MARLEX GREAT PEOPLE is looking for a Brand Manager who will oversee and analyze all media and communication channels for a prominent company in the advertising and communication agencies sector.
Mission
Lead the development of communication plans aligned with account objectives and strategies. Ensure effective execution of client communication plans and maximize advertising performance across multimedia channels, including digital (display, internet), print (newspapers, magazines), broadcast (radio, TV, film), and outdoor media (billboards, digital billboards). Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, outreach, audience trends, and campaign impact.
Main Responsibilities
Client Orientation
* Provide high-quality service by working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
* Make recommendations on media channels for campaigns based on client goals.
* Develop knowledge of clients' businesses and industries.
* Build relationships with media suppliers and understand the media market offerings.
* Identify target audiences and analyze campaign results to derive insights and optimize strategies.
* Create media plans using internal tools (e.g., Demilpa, AMI Digital) and manage data from tagging to reporting, liaising with clients and internal teams.
* Prepare competitive analysis reports with actionable insights.
Media Knowledge
* Understand components of media planning and execution.
* Forecast digital media plans accurately for various objectives.
* Evaluate plans for rate accuracy, discounts, and fees.
* Develop offline (TV) and digital media plans with clear rationale.
* Produce detailed competitive reports and interpret their implications.
Trading and Buying
* Ensure correct rates, discounts, and agency fees are applied.
* Maintain strong relationships with the investment team.
* Brief the investment team effectively for optimal outcomes.
* Respect timelines consistently.
* Understand basic buying directions.
Experience & Qualifications
* 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Business fluency in English.
* Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
* Excellent communication skills in an international context.
* Knowledge of media buying and planning tools.
Tools
* Familiarity with research sources (Kantar, Infoadex, EGM, Comscore, Gomex, Arce – Imop).
* Proficiency with planning tools (Demilpa, AMI Digital).
* MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Understanding of Source platform and digital analytics tools (Sizmek, Google Analytics, DCM).
Offer
Temporary contract with flexible working hours, including specific schedules from June 24 to September 11, and immediate start date.
