Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Consolidation Analyst to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for HBX Group. In this role, you’ll work closely with local finance teams, contribute to internal and external reporting, and help maintain our consolidation systems and controls. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and international environment.Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial Consolidation & Reporting- Assist in the coordination, consolidation, and review of financial results for all entities- Analyze, load, and validate financial data in Oracle HFM- Produce monthly consolidated reports and review P&L and balance sheet movements- Support equity accounting entries and intercompany eliminationsCompliance & Controls- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal accounting policies- Support external audits and prepare audit-ready documentation- Help design and document internal controls around the consolidation processSystem & Process Optimization- Maintain and update the consolidation system (HFM)- Collaborate with divisional analysts to automate reporting and reduce manual processes- Support integration of new entities and system upgradesCross-Functional Collaboration- Work with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission- Partner with IT and project teams on system enhancements and troubleshootingRequired SkillsTechnical & Analytical Skills- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)- Experience with consolidation systems (e.G., HFM, SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik)- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau)Accounting Knowledge- Solid understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP- Experience with intercompany reconciliations and equity accountingCommunication & Collaboration- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills- Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams- Able to present complex financial data clearly to both financial and non-financial audiencesRequired Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field- 3–5 years of experience in financial consolidation, group reporting, or financial controlling- Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations preferred- Exposure to external audits or group audit processes is a plus- Fluent in English (spoken and written)If you're a finance professional with a passion for accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement—we want to hear from you.
