Your work will directly impact how thousands of employees worldwide learn, grow, and feel recognized at work. The Role - Build and deliver features end-to-end - from idea to production - Collaborate closely with Product Design to solve real customer problems - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack - Continuously improve the codebase and team processes - Grow your technical depth through feedback, reviews, and mentorship

Salary
At Factorial transparency is in our DNA, people at the same rank will receive the same salary and all the salary ranks are public
- Mid Engineer you will join factorial with 40.000 Base and 2.800 Variable paid quarterly based on our business goals and after one year you will receive 10 of your salary as ESOP.
