King's Infant School is seeking to appoint an EYFS teacher to join us on a permanent basis in August 2025.
The profile :
* A dynamic and proactive teacher, preferably with experience in the independent sector or international settings.
* Strong team player willing to support colleagues.
* Excellent knowledge of the English National Curriculum and recent developments.
* Experience with pastoral responsibilities would be an advantage.
* Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
* Possess a PGCE qualification recognized in UK schools (QTS is not mandatory).
* Recent experience in a school following the English, Welsh, or Scottish National Curriculums.
* Previous subject leadership experience in primary education is preferable.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Hold an EU passport or have the right to live and work in Spain.

King's Infant School Details
Located in Madrid's Chamartín district, our school follows the English National Curriculum. Our experienced British staff provide a caring environment. We offer an outdoor learning environment in the Foundation Stage, and strong links with local museums and parks for Key Stage 1.
Children transfer to King’s College Soto de Viñuelas or La Moraleja after Key Stage 1, with a strong transition program to support this move.
We provide an English induction program for children entering Year 1 and Year 2 with limited English. Spanish is taught in these years, and additional Spanish clubs are available.
Extracurricular activities include Music, Drama, P.E., Piano, Violin, Ballet, and Judo. Our house system promotes responsibility and social skills, with house points and recognition celebrating achievements.
