At VEGA Chargers, we specialise in designing and manufacturing fast chargers (DC) for electric vehicles. Our process starts from conceptualisation and design, leading to manufacturing and distribution. #We are looking for an experienced Business Developer with a high capacity to advise and coordinate a complete international commercial process. The role’s purpose is to generate new business opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships that support the international growth of the company. Prospecting and Opportunity Development
Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
Analyze customer needs and identify potential projects.
Tailor and present commercial proposals, follow up on offers, and close deals.
CRM & Internal Communication
Maintain a daily and structured log of commercial activities using Monday.com (or similar CRM).
Present weekly performance updates to the sales team, reviewing KPIs and strategic adjustments.
Monitor regulations, market trends, competitors, and economic data.
Build a knowledge base to support strategic commercial decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
~2+ years of experience as a Business Developer.
~ Fluent English & Spanish is a must (additional languages are a plus).
~ Valid driver’s license and access to a car. #Remote work: 2 days per week (after the first month)
