The company is building the capabilities around brokerage which includes a modern luxurious retail space with an upmarket italian Bistro.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Intern to join on-site in Mahón or remote. The intern will support in executing various activities such as establishing a new E-mail marketing tool, social media processes, implementing a new CRM tool and polishing the web-site. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the luxury yacht industry while contributing to the brand’s success.Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to meet client needs and maintain professional relationships- Command of Google Workspace applications such as Sheets- Knowledge or interest in Sales practices and Sales Management processes- Willingness to receive Training and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team- Proficiency in digital marketing tools or languages such as Spanish is a plus
