We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Support Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with quality standards, focusing on documentation review and project support for new equipment implementation.
Please note:
Although the primary location for this role is Barcelona, for approximately the first 6 months the selected candidate will be required to work 100% on-site in Riells i Viabrea, followed by involvement in other pharmaceutical or biotech projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Manufacturing Technicians with daily quality-related activities, including the review of Batch Dossiers and verification of accurate and complete documentation.
* Support the Manufacturing Representative in the implementation of the new Granulation Line by:
- Ensuring the necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created, approved, and properly maintained.
- Coordinating and documenting training and qualification activities for operators working on the new Granulation Line.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with GMP regulations and internal quality standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA and Manufacturing departments.
Ideal Profile:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment .
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy .
* Familiarity with SOPs, training records, and quality documentation .
* Team-oriented mindset with effective communication and organizational skills .
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
