By leveraging unique genetically engineered murine systems, patient-derived xenograft (PDX) technologies, humanized mouse models, and organoid platforms, MIMO Biosciences aims to bridge the gap between preclinical discovery and clinical application.The company collaborates with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as top academic institutions, in the fields of hematological malignancies and immune disorders, from multiple myeloma, lymphoma and leukemia to autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.As MIMO Biosciences continues to expand, we are seeking talented and highly motivated scientists and postdoctoral fellows to join our multidisciplinary research team.Position overviewWe are seeking outstanding scientists to lead vigorous and innovative research projects focused on understanding the biological mechanisms that determine patient responses to immunotherapies and other targeted therapies in hematological malignancies and immune-mediated disorders.Successful candidates will contribute to both basic and translational research programs using cutting-edge experimental systems, including genetically engineered mouse models, humanized immune system models, patient-derived xenografts (PDXs), organoids, and advanced immune profiling technologies.Research projects will focus on:Immunotherapy response and resistance mechanismsT-cell and NK-cell biologyTumor and immune microenvironment interactionsAutoimmune and inflammatory disordersCAR T-cell and T-cell engager (TCE) therapiesBiomarker discovery and translational immunologyMulti-omics and computational approaches for patient stratificationThe successful applicants will work closely with a collaborative team of scientists across hematology, immunology, oncology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, and translational medicine.Required qualificationsApplicants must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.
