You'll be based on our stunning campus in Las Rozas. We provide free transport from Moncloa, and you can enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the office, unwind with a yoga class at lunchtime, and train with our fitness class after work. Job description

The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) involves calling companies in Sweden and speaking to IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The goal of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover, you will work closely with sales experts from clients like Intel, Dell, Fujitsu, learning about the industry while building your network of decision-makers globally.

To prepare you for this role, we have an excellent four-week onboarding process designed to help you excel as an Anteriad BDR.

Uncapped Commission System

As a BDR at Anteriad, you make your own luck. Our uncapped commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn. The three levels of commissions per lead create a progressive structure that encourages high performance and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Working Timetable

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)

Friday: 08:00 - 14:00

Required qualifications:

* Native Swedish speaker
* High level of English
* Knowledge of another Scandinavian or Nordic language is a plus
* Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
* Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
* Legal ability to work in Spain
