Job Overview
Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.
Your responsibilities
1. Prognose und Budget für Materialaufwand Deutschland
2. Konsolidierung und Kontrolle aller "Nicht-Werks"-Kosten/Prognosen in AUT EMEA
3. Analyse der P&L in Deutschland und Koordination von Korrekturmaßnahmen zwischen den Werken und EMEA FSC
4. Business Partner für die wichtigsten CAMPs innerhalb des Operations Controlling wie Supply Chain, Procurement und Quality. Vorbereitung der monatlichen CAMP-Meetings und Analyse der Ist-Abweichung gegenüber dem Forecast.
5. Durchführung der Kostenstellenkontrolle, einschließlich Kostenstellenbuchhaltung, Kostenrechnung,
6. Überprüfung und Verfolgung von Kosteneinsparungen
7. Bereitstellung von Service und Unterstützung in Form von Analysen und Zahlen aller Werke und aller angemessenen Bedürfnisse, z.B. Umwandlungskosten, Produktivität, für das TEOA-Management und die Funktionsleiter
8. Koordinierung der SOX- und Policy-Standards für die deutschen AUT-Werke.
9. Kontaktperson für externe Audits Konsolidierung und Analyse aller Daten aus den Werken in AUT EMEA (z.B. Fertigungsabweichungen)
10. Schaffung von Transparenz in den Werken und in allen "Nicht-Werken"; Implementierung neuer Reporting-Tools
11. Best Practice Sharing / Koordination & Training / Know-How Transfer (z.B. Aktionspläne; SWI's) innerhalb von AUT EMEA und auch anderen Regionen
12. EMEA Headcount-Berichterstattung für Operations AUT EMEA Ansprechpartner für die Werke bei Fragen aller Art
13. Projektarbeit und Sonderaufgaben, z.B. die Analyse der finanziellen Auswirkungen von Entscheidungen
