Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.The work model for the role is:
hybrid {insert Linkedin #}This role contributes to the Process Automation – Measurement and Analytics division in Spain. Main stakeholders are Service Technicians, Manufacturing Plant, and Sales Team.You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForProviding technical support and solving problems in your expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category.Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively.Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers.Identifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating with both the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.Project Management tasks, in relation to manufacturing plants and clients.You will join a dynamic and high-performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications For The RoleTechnical education required, preferably Degree in Engineering or Chemical background.Experience in Measurement Analytics and Instrumentation.3-5 years of experience in related fields.High level of English and Spanish.Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and good communication and negotiation skills.Availability to travel and valid driver’s license.Valoramos a las personas de diferentes orígenes. ¿Podría ser ésta su historia?
