**About the role**
Responsible to give support to the senior Retail Brand Manager Personal Care on the management of the Baby business Retail Brand category.

**What you will do**
- Collaborate and support in the development of the Baby Category Strategy
- Develop and implement short and medium action plan to deliver on customer and Essity targets.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity and RSPs to have a great knowledge of market situation
- Collect, compile, verify and analyze data on product specifications and performance and customer feedback to identify brand and/or product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs
- Maintain and monitor records of sales volume and analyze them to identify areas where the sales performance of the brand needs to be improved. Support the sales forecast definition and execution.
- Monitor and follow up the stock situation together with CS department
- Support and manage and/or implement agreed marketing activities like launch plans or BTL and ATL communication activities
- Manage assigned A&P; budget
- Participate in and/or lead projects
- Cooperate with external agencies (Design, Media, PR, Digital) and responsible of market research under the umbrella of the Families project
- Interact with the customer in regular meetings
**Who you are**
University Degree in Marketing or equivalent

Value 2 years experience in similar positions
Spanish language is mandatory
Fluent English Level
Advance Communications & interpersonal relationships skills
Oriented to results
Ability to work under pressure
Active and decisive person
Advanced Knowledge in office package: Especially in Excel
