This role ensures compliance, drives operational excellence, and supports the strategic direction of the Integral Procurement function. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Governance Leadership: Lead the governance framework for procurement excellence and compliance; ensure strategic alignment across procurement initiatives; promote operational excellence through performance management and policy adherence. Policy & Compliance Oversight: Maintain and update procurement policies; ensure regulatory compliance; provide guidance and training; monitor and report compliance metrics. Strategic Counsel & Scorecard Management: Facilitate procurement leadership and strategic sessions; manage procurement scorecard processes; track and report on KPIs and initiative outcomes. Audit & Risk Management: Oversee procurement audits; lead peer-to-peer auditprograms; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
