About The Role
Our sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach. We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to work closely across sales teams, supporting Account Executives and their managers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Monitoring the quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats.
* Providing feedback to agents based on their quality score and results.
* Working with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training.
What You'll Need
* 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
* Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
* Great quality score results.
* Proven diligence and a high standard of integrity.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience in a sales environment.
