What Can You Expect?

As a Senior Outsystems ODC Consultant Developer you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and implement requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design and follow defined architecture standards.
- Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Integrate applications with external APIs and databases.
- Stay updated on OutSystems features and continuously improve skills.
What Makes You a great Fit?
While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!
- Education in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2-3years of experience in analyzing functional and technical specifications, and implementing Information Systems;
- Minimum of 1-2years of experience on the Outsystems platform and in-depth knowledge of the platform;
- Knowledge in Outsystems Developer Cloud (ODC);
- Knowledge of best practices in software development, including design patterns and software architecture and development of Responsive Design solutions;
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, AJAX development techniques;
- Proficient knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery or any other JavaScript Library;
- Autonomous programmer in MS .Net, more specifically in C#;
- Experience in XML, XSLT, XSD, and XQuery;
- Good knowledgeof TSQL (Microsoft SQL Server);
- Commitment to code quality and experience in testing practices.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the insurance market;
- DB2 Knowledge;
- Outsystems "Professional Developer" certification;
- Experience or knowledge in the development of native applications for iOS and/or Android;
- We valueany other knowledge or additional experience in the area of information technologies;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language and Portuguese (nice-to-have).
