Position Summary This position will be a key player in elevating the level of Internal Control across the entire region. You will interact with all facets and levels of business globally, network with many functional and technical experts, global process owners and be exposed to the Global Internal Audit team members around the world. We are seeking an experienced Digital & Cybersecurity Auditor to join our Global Internal Audit team. This role is pivotal in independently assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of digital and cyber governance controls across the organization. This role is embedded within the internal audit function and contributes directly to executive-level reporting and strategic risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital, cyber and data governance audits across diverse environments and processes. Assess the design and effectiveness of IT controls, cybersecurity frameworks, and data governance processes. Evaluate compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, COBIT) and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with audit teams to integrate technical and governance findings into broader risk assessments. Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries for senior leadership and the Audit Committee. Validate remediation actions and provide assurance on the effectiveness of implemented controls. Stay current on emerging threats, regulatory changes, and best practices in IT governance and cybersecurity. Support continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in digital audit and cyber governance, or related fields, preferably with Big Four or leading consulting experience. Strong knowledge of IT and cyber governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, COBIT, ITIL). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern IT environments. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are required. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and governance findings into business impact. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global team. High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality. Preferences Experience in corporate, consulting or Big4 environments Understanding of internal audit principles and the Three Lines Model.
