Job Title : Onsite Event Coordinator (SuccessFactors)
Job Overview :
We are seeking an Onsite Event Management Coordinator with basic experience in SAP SuccessFactors to support our LMS team in optimizing our Event Management processes. The ideal candidate will assist with system configuration, event management and reporting, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our Event Management operations.
Key Responsibilities :
* Assist in the administration with high volume of training invitations for the soft-skills trainings.
* Support data entry, data management, and data integrity within the SuccessFactors system.
* The main tasks involve tracking Teams invitation, sending material.
* Tracking and marking attendance/completion was correctly done by facilitators.
* Collaborate with LMS team members to streamline processes and improve user experience within the system.
* Participate in user training sessions and provide support to end-users as needed.
* Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or SuccessFactors support for resolution.
Qualifications :
* Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in Event Management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with LMS processes and practices is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Education :
* Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
* Previous experience in LMS or LMSIS support is a plus, but not required.
