Recruitment is limited to internal candidates. The position reports to the Country Sales Manager Iberia and the Customer Service Manager Western EU.The activities vary by assigned area but include :
Selling products and services via calls to prospective and existing customers.Responding to customer concerns and coordinating shipments or demonstrations.Maintaining sales programs, informing customers about services, prices, and new products.Monitoring competitive activity and trends.Traveling to customer locations for follow-ups, presentations, or demonstrations.Quoting prices, terms, and delivery dates based on product knowledge and forecasts.Preparing activity and sales reports for management.Collaborating with customer service to fulfill orders and resolve issues.Supporting sales objectives and acting as a liaison to Field Sales staff.Developing marketing opportunities through various outreach methods.Occasional travel for trade shows and sales meetings.Customer Service Responsibilities include :
Order Management :
Providing accurate order-entry and tracking services.Enquiry Handling :
Managing after-sales support and troubleshooting customer issues.Account Management :
Monitoring business, forecasting demand, and maintaining customer pricing.Technical Support :
Assisting with product questions and basic technical advice.Qualifications :
High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience in customer service or sales administration.Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of selling techniques and negotiation.Proficiency in English.We offer :
