You will work closely with bothSatlink and NKE teams, leading strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and supporting the growth of turnkey projects in the region.Role and Responsibilities:Develop and execute the regional NKE sales strategy for Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, targeting revenue, margin, and market growthBuild country-specific sales plans, and position Spain as a domestic market for NKE turnkey projectsImplement a hybrid sales model in Spain and Portugal, maintaining direct relationships with key customers and partnersIdentify, onboard, and manage distributors across Latin America, monitor performance, and provide training & support on key products and tendersLead commercial negotiations, manage key accounts, and close deals aligned with strategic objectivesOversee turnkey project scoping, proposals, and commercial governance for Spain as a new domestic market for NKE, ensuring smooth handover to the Project Management OfficeCoordinate closely with technical, pre-sales, marketing, and product teams in Madrid and NKE offices to share market insights and shape local offersSup
