We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Insurance to drive growth by acquiring strategic partners, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet evolving client needs.Job Responsibilities- Drive Growth: Identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners for HBX Group’s travel insurance offerings.- Develop Value Propositions: Tailor insurance solutions to partner needs and negotiate optimal agreements.- Execute Strategy: Implement commercial plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.- Optimize Performance: Enhance go-to-market strategies and product offerings to maximize conversion and revenue.- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Fintech, Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.- Build Relationships: Represent HBX Group at industry events and maintain strong external partnerships.Required Skills & Experience- Proven experience in business development, sales pipeline management, and contract negotiation.- Strong knowledge of travel industry and insurance products, including regulatory landscape.- Commercial acumen with ability to structure profitable agreements.- Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills.- Excellent communication in English;
