Spanish fluency is required as part of this role, and a high level of English is also essential. This position is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid work model .
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager .
Strong proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Experience with Jira and Confluence .
Solid knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication .
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT delivery .
Proven experience with project delivery in financial, insurance, or banking environments .
Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and high-level English .
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in the banking industry

Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Use Jira and Confluence to track project progress, documentation, and collaboration.

Participate in project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
