Role Overview
The Technical Support Representative – Europe provides operational, analytical and technical support to our client’s ongoing programs, ensuring smooth execution of field activities and consistent data management. This role focuses on the technical and service side of the business rather than sales negotiations. The successful candidate will support programs, perform and document deck inspections, assist with training sessions and communicate with installers, captains and yacht owners to help them register and maintain their projects. The role ensures accurate technical communication, assists in maintaining up-to-date compliance documentation and provides structured feedback from the field. This position does not involve direct distributor management, new distributor acquisition or strategic negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
 * Build and maintain a database of completed projects and installed decks across Europe.
 * Assist in tracking program registrations and client feedback to improve aftersales.
 * Contact previous clients to present guidelines and the programs.
 * Provide basic technical assistance to distributors and end clients (application questions, troubleshooting).
 * Help organize and coordinate trainings, demos and webinars for clients and distributors.
 * Support product information consistency by reviewing distributor websites, identifying outdated or incorrect content, and suggesting updates.
 * Assist with REACH registration, labels and other relative documentation updates.
 * Contribute to updates of website content, technical materials and product data sheets.
 * Provide input to ensure alignment between sales activities, compliance documentation and brand standards.
Candidate Profile
 * Background in technical sales, marine industry or yacht maintenance preferred.
 * Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
 * Strong communication and writing skills in English (Spanish an advantage).
 * Capable of managing multiple tasks, coordinating with external consultants and maintaining structured documentation.
 * Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable with both technical and administrative tasks.
 * Based in or near Valencia with flexibility to travel within Europe.
 * Team‑oriented and adaptable to a multicultural environment.
