**Mission of the position**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 3 years experience as Head of Administration or similar.
- University degree in Business Administration/ADE/Human Resources.
- Leadership and negotiation, planning and organisation, results orientation, change management, teamwork, hotel operational knowledge.
- Use of the following tools: SIHOT, SAP, Office Package.
- Medium/high level of English.
