Job Summary
• This role is responsible for conducting discussions with customers to understand requirements, collaborating on sales strategies, and addressing concerns with creative solutions. The role ensures seamless integration of products, manages risks, and communicates feedback for product improvement. The role facilitates smooth post-sales transitions, conducts technical demonstrations, shares expertise, and stays informed about industry trends.
Responsibilities
• Leads discussions with customers to gather detailed technical and business requirements, ensuring the proposed solutions are tailored to their needs.
• Works closely with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and tactics for different customer segments and industries.
• Handles technical objections or concerns raised by customers providing explanations or creative solutions to effectively overcome objections and foster customer confidence.
• Supports the customization and integration of products/services into the customer's existing systems or infrastructure, considering data flows, APIs, and compatibility.
• Identifies potential risks associated with the proposed solutions and works with customers to address those concerns effectively.
• Gathers, synthesizes and communicates customer feedback and requirements to internal teams to contribute to product development and improvement initiatives.
• Works closely with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation, maintaining consistent communication with customers.
• Conducts advanced technical demonstrations that showcase the depth and breadth of the product's capabilities, addressing intricate technical questions from potential customers.
• Shares technical expertise with colleagues, provide training sessions, and contribute to internal documentation.
• Stays updated with the industry trends, technological advancements, and organization's offerings to effectively interact with customers and guide them through the sales process.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling,
