We are currently searching for an accountant to join our multidisciplinary team in order to support the following functions:
Responsibilities
Supervision of the accounting cycle.
Support in administrative-financial matters. Organization, correction, and consolidation of accounting.
Management of bank remittances and payment to suppliers.
Introduction of accounting entries (invoices received, issued...) into the accounting program.
Support in bank reconciliations.
Management of supplier documentation; validation of invoices, payments, communications, etc.
Support in invoicing and fiscal closings of VAT, personal income tax.
Periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
Financial Controlling (budgeting, forecast and deviation analysis, identifying actions, risks, opportunities, and trends)
Audit control.
Analysis of the company's financial statements.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in accounting.
Spanish tax knowledge.
Experience using ERP systems.
Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
