GENERAL TRANSFER PROJECT MANAGER
Barcelona, Spain – Full‑time, Permanent

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage product transfers of STADA AG in the EU, CIS, SEE and Emerging markets and support continuous improvement of processes.
- Ensure an adequate information flow and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee supply‑chain changes and lead end‑to‑end change‑control management in a cross‑functional environment.
- Communicate and inform stakeholders such as planning, production, quality, regulatory, external suppliers and affiliates throughout the process.
- Guarantee transparent information exchange and overall project timelines.
- Monitor production, delivery and release steps along the supply chain.
- Support transfer decisions and set up and maintain business cases.
- Identify risks and develop scenarios to enable successful implementation of transfers with a focus on timelines and costs.
Requirements
- Degree in business, economics, with a pharmaceutical background or a discipline relevant to the role.
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in the pharma industry.
- Ability to think, act and initiate in operational, tactical and strategic terms.
- Familiarity with current regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages desirable.
