Performance Marketing Specialist - Barcelona Based
Kaplan Languages Group is part of Kaplan Inc. and operates in the inspiring language travel sector with lots of scope for fun and creative work. Our students study from 2 weeks up to a full academic year, and we welcome language learners from over 100 countries across our global classrooms.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will plan, execute, analyze, optimize, report, and manage budgets for paid traffic activities across our international markets. You will work with Google and Facebook Ads, utilizing GA4 for data analysis, and incorporate testing to improve lead quality, volume, and ROI.
Responsibilities:
* Manage online lead acquisition channels (mainly paid search and paid social) in multiple markets and contribute to the performance marketing strategy.
* Optimize and create campaigns for paid search, paid social, retargeting, and display advertising, aligning with KPIs and targets.
* Manage medium to large budgets and forecast leads based on performance to meet objectives.
* Monitor campaign results to identify issues and opportunities.
* Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, segmentation, and bid strategies to enhance performance.
* Stay updated on paid acquisition best practices, market trends, new channels, and competitor actions.
* Collaborate with Content and Design teams to produce effective marketing assets.
* Implement performance optimizations across accounts to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Google Ads certification is a plus.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
* Experience in performance marketing, managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads for different markets.
* Strong understanding of digital paid acquisition channels: paid search, paid social, retargeting, affiliates, and display ads.
* Technical aptitude; ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms; familiarity with Google Analytics and Data Studio is advantageous.
* Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
* Highly data-driven with excellent attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
* Team player with a positive attitude and passion for digital marketing.
