P Job Title: Senior Account Manager /pp Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) /pp Wenham Carter is hiring for a global leader in digital value transfers connecting partners to over 1.5 billion prepaid users across 180+ countries, offering services such as mobile airtime, data top-ups, utility credits, eSIMs, and digital gift cards. /pp They are seeking a commercially minded (Senior) Account Manager to join their fast-growing team. You will play a crucial role in managing 10-15 strategic accounts and driving further revenue through these relationships by up-selling and cross-selling their deep product portfolio. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Own a structured sales plan including account segmentation, persona mapping, outreach cadence, and conversion goals. /lili Engage key customer personas with tailored value propositions to drive usage, upsell, and renewal opportunities. /lili Report weekly on sales activities and pipeline health (e.g., meetings booked, calls made, proposals sent, pipeline value). /lili Identify and qualify revenue opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs, their industries, and how our solutions solve real problems. /lili Serve as the customer’s advocate within DT One, ensuring product, delivery, and support teams are aligned with client goals. /lili Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey and bring new propositions to market. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management, ideally in fintech, telecom, or digital platforms. /lili Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. /lili Track record of hitting sales targets and expanding revenue within key accounts. /lili Proven ability to manage a structured sales process with weekly activity tracking and forecasting. /lili Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers, with clarity on different buyer personas (e.g. product, finance, operations, commercial leads). /lili Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to prioritize time and effort based on commercial impact. /lili A self-starter with high energy, ownership, and discipline – not just a relationship manager, but a growth driver /li /ulp If you would be interested to learn more, please apply with your CV and we will be in touch to discuss further. /pp We aim to respond to all applicants as quickly as possible within 2-4 weeks. /p
