What You’ll Do
Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through close, with a focus on high-impact roles
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in SaaS, CRM, AI, and/or social/content-driven industries
Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission
Maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research
Use data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency
Act as a talent advisor, bringing industry trends, competitive intel, and creative ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments
Proven success hiring for roles in SaaS, CRM, Compliance, social media, AI, or creator-focused industries
Strong sourcing skills and experience filling both technical and non-technical roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to collaborate and influence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with evolving priorities
Passion for people, culture, and finding the right fit beyond just the resume
