We’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed.**What you will do in this role**As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers**Your qualifications**- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Czech, and advanced level of English - Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail - Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc) - Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads - Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs - Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills - Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office Don’tWe’re dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace for everyone.
