Location/Division Specific Information
The Fisher Scientific Channel connects business and science as the single source for laboratory equipment, chemicals, instruments, life sciences reagents, and consumables.
This position is remote and can be located in any of the 18 countries where we operate in Europe. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are required. You will work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

The Digital Account Manager will focus on growing the low-revenue customer base in Spain. You will join a new team of Digital Account Managers and interns, driving growth across Europe.
What will be your day job?
* Develop and execute a strategy to grow sales in your territory and promote self-service on our website.
* Engage high-potential customers via phone, video, and social media to increase revenue:
o Understand customer needs, evaluate sales potential, and determine support levels.
o Customize messaging based on industry challenges and business goals.
o Guide customers on using our website for orders and support.
o Build a network of contacts for marketing purposes.
* Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to prioritize customer outreach based on growth potential and service costs.
* Transfer customers requiring regular support to our Inside and Field Sales teams, collaborating proactively with Account Managers.
* Onboard and profile new customers to enhance their eCommerce experience.
* Pilot new sales tactics, such as using LinkedIn for prospecting, and collaborate as a team to refine approaches.
* Assist the eBusiness team in identifying and resolving website customer experience issues.
* Maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce to meet or exceed targets and optimize pricing for profitability.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science or Business
Experience
* Experience interacting with customers to understand and resolve issues
* Building and maintaining key relationships
* Persistent and resilient in overcoming barriers
* Sales or Customer Service experience is advantageous
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Self-motivated and goal-focused
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Comfortable initiating contact and handling rejection
* Digital savvy, with knowledge of social media for outreach
* Self-aware and adaptable
* Entrepreneurial mindset, open to trying new techniques
* Proficient in English and fluent in Spanish
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SFDC preferred
* Willing to travel across Europe (approx. 10%) for meetings
