Their clients include the likes of Burger King, Five Guys, Hilton and Nobu, and they are currently working towards some exciting growth targets over the upcoming years.As a result, they are looking for a Sales Director to join their team; this is a player-manager opportunity involving both leading a team of individual contributors as well as closing deals with larger clients & managing a sales pipeline.This is a crucial position for driving collaboration and success across the region; the successful candidate can expect to be leading a high-performance team, contributing to real growth across the business.This is a hybrid opportunity for individuals commutable to Madrid 2-3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesBuild & lead a high-performance team, driving strategics for new business acquisitions and existing account expansionDefinite & execute a sales strategy for the regionIdentify & develop relationships within the hospitality sector, building relationships with key stakeholders across the larger brands – managing the full sales cycle.Act as an ambassador of the organisation at events, conferences and wider networking opportunitiesPartner with wider internal teams to drive success across the region and wider organisationThe Successful Candidate4-5+ years sales leadership experience within the software spaceExperience building new relationships and managing existing relationships with larger clientsExperience selling software into the hospitality sector is idealExperience in a player-manager position would be idealCommutable to Madrid 2-3 days per weekSales Director PackageBasic salary: €90,000OTE: +€50,000Stock optionsPension optionsAnnual leave options
