At Astek, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with our partner in the pharmaceutical industry in an international setting

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in pharmaceutical environments.
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Lead workshops, define functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Work with Veeva platforms (Vault, CRM, or related modules) and their processes.
* Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and internal quality standards.
* Support UAT phases and ensure proper validation of the deliverables.
* Drive continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
👀 Who are you?
We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and experience:
* More than 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the pharmaceutical or similar sector
* Solid experience with Veeva (Vault, CRM, or similar)
* Solid understanding of GxP and regulated environments
* Fluency in English and strong collaboration skills in international teams
