We are looking for an experiencedSAP HCM Consultantspecialized inTime Managementto join our team. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background inpositive time recording (clock-ins/clock-outs)and a solid understanding ofPersonnel Administration (PA). 
You will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and implementing SAP HCM solutions in an international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, design, configure, and supportSAP HCM Time Management(positive time recording). 
Handle day-to-day system issues and change requests related toclock-in/clock-out processes. 
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.Support and maintainPersonnel Administration (PA)processes in SAP.Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and testing activities.Document functional specifications and system configurations.Provide support to key users.Required Qualifications4 to 6 years of experiencein SAP HCM, with focus onTime Management (positive time evaluation). 
Experience withclock-in/clock-out terminalsand related interface/integration handling.Working knowledge ofPersonnel Administration (PA). 
Professional proficiency inEnglish(both written and spoken). 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a multicultural team.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Proficiency inFrenchis a strong asset.Knowledge ofSAP Payroll(any country). 
Experience withOrganizational Management (OM).
