Responsibilities & Qualifications
University degree in Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Derecho or a related field; postgraduate study in HR is valued.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in the hotel or service industry.
Strong knowledge of Spanish labour legislation, personnel administration and labour relations.
Experience coordinating teams or managing staff.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work in dual‐report (hotel / corporate) environments.
Proficiency with office tools and HR management systems.
Intermediate level in English (valued).
Problem‐solving skills and pro‐initiative attitude.
